Ok. What would be the best offset rims for the least amount of BMC to fit the 37s? With stock fenders

There's a few around that too, also depends on your suspension set up and aftermarket ucas can push the wheels forward more too

I’m rocking Kings OEM ext shocks all the way around with SPC uppers, stock lowers and custom alcan leafs that give me 2” lift in the rear.

Go with icons billet uca's.. fully adjustable ON the truck. Allows you to push the lowers all the way forward and use the uppers for adjustment. You'll want to work hand in hand with your alignment shop to work through it and get it where you need it.

    None, yet....
This is probably my next tire size. I prefer the ground clearance over contact patch and the benefits of the taller truck positively affecting breakover is nice.

Only one I can find in this size is the ridge grappler though and it comes in an 18” wheel only. With a +25mm offset wheel and the 11.5 width, I think it will be much easier to fit than the 12.50 or 13.50 counterparts. Plus less rotating mass, which is nicer for power. Post up if you find a different tire brand in this size. I prefer a true MT, but I’ve wheeled with buddies on ridge grapplers and they’ve handled the mud better than my KO2s.

that's the plan but not for a little while. looking for something until then so moisture doesn't get to the light.

I asked a local shop about this and they said they can fabricate something for $30... will post pics when they're on

Now I'm getting rubbing at the location in the photos. Any recommendations on chopping this? I removed the cover and cutting would leave that entire spot open/exposed.

$30 sounds like a great deal.
More caster (adjusted at the LCA) will move your wheel forward and might clear then. That's a common spot for rubbing and right where the CMC is done to eliminate the rub. Once plates are welded in it's hard to tell the CMC has been done. Relentless Fab makes plates.

Not sure how to answer that. More caster is good up to a max of roughly 7*.
Adjusting the caster affects the camber. You want camber at 0* and as much caster as you can get. I personally like 4* left caster and 4.5* right caster.

I tested and did these (see pix) to ensure clearance at full articulation and full steering lock. Circled in green, I trimmed the fender, folded the seam and cut the body mount. I also modded the liners and mudflaps for stock look, lol.

That last picture is the most important one for anybody who wants to change up to 37s. The best thing you can do is go find a spot to articulate the truck and then turn the wheel back and forth to see where a larger tire is going to rub. Use a tape measure, get specs of the new tires you're considering, visualize what metal will be in the way. Then decide if you're willing to cut it out.

There's a whole write-up of how to do it in our build page if you click on the picture in my signature.

I’m a ridge grapplers fan and currently run 35x12.5 on a 18x9. It seems like a natural jump to go to then37x11.5. I’m just a touch concerned it will look like a pizza cutter. We are in the same boat. I want as much clearance as I can get

I doubt it. Most guys on here run a 295/70R18 tire and 295 is ~11.6”. 11.5” wont be a big change, but you do gain 1” of ground clearance.

Officially joining the club. I've been holding out posting for a few days trying to get a pic of the truck clean, but I don't think I'm ever going to have time to wash it, so here it is outside my wife's office this morning. Sitting on Dick Cepek Fun Country 37/12.50/17s with +50 o/s. Radflo 2.5 suspension set at 3" up front with 1" shackle in back. No rubbing on street driving, still need to check with an articulated suspension.

Edit: forgot to say, I freaking love the way this truck looks now.
