By the way.....install was really easy. Even cutting the hole. The 10” is very subtle. Hard to capture in phone videos. Like everyone says.....stock when just driving normal and a little louder when getting on the gas! But what I did notice instantly was the acceleration. Didn’t think I would be able to feel the difference but it was the first thing I noticed!

Despite not having my name on the list, I have my cats sent to Keith for some stainless catted mid pipes. Along with a 12" stainless exhaust. He said doing headers and 2 cats would be louder than factory and 4 cats. Can't wait. Oh, I have long tubes that I'll be putting on too.

I've had the JBA longtubes for over 2yrs. They have been on the shelf since I bought them for the low-low. The midpipes price probably vary depending on what you're getting done. I don't want to get the Tundra police on me by throwing numbers out there but the price on his site are low/incorrect.

I’d rather not list. My wife might see it.
I was debating if we should take the Tundra from Pasadena to Berkeley to visit our daughter in college in a couple of weeks. Concern is that the drive is 350 miles and gas prices here in So Cal are just crazy. I filled up at Costco today and it cost me $105 from near empty.

Gas guzzling truck and long drive means I’M STILL TAKING THE TRUCK! I just got my tracking number from @dirtydeeds and it’s arriving here next week. No way I’ll pass up the chance to roar up from SoCal to NorCal.

Thanks Keith for the early delivery and thanks @TuFerLife for getting us on this.

Got an e-mail saying my shipping info was created, thinking late next week delivery . As of now I'm planning on removing the tailpipe and put some high heat black on it. It's already getting some small rust spots showing.

That turned out good! Did you use primer at all or just clean it up and spray the black? How many coats and cans did it take? Going to pick this stuff up during the week. I guess if I run out I can literally walk over to the Autozone 2 blocks away .

Thanks! I sanded to clean it up a bit then used 1 coat Rustoleum High Heat Primer then 2 coats of the black high heat paint. 1 can is more than enough to use for 2 coats.

Installed my budget SS today without resonator. No way I will install resonator, I love the sound and drone is not bad at all. I do think I will dump it after the last hangar to eliminate the tailpipe. Love the sound and will try to get a sound clip soon. Thanks @dirtydeeds and @TuFerLife !

So far so good. I am not sure it is not deeper. It definitely has more of a muscle car growl at start up. On the freeway the drone has been reduced by around 50% I would say from the OEM system.

I didn't think I would notice it, but it definitely added low end torque. Pulling away from the first stoplight after install I could feel it. I was sure that I would never say that, never believed the other people but its true.
