    Best way to put it:

    If you live in the mid west or northeast, stainless is necessary.

    If you live in the southwest don’t waste your money on stainless.

    There’s tons of grey areas. Like parts of the south where I would probably run stainless. I always recommend if in doubt run stainless. It’s meant to last the life of the truck no matter the environment. And is warrantied to do just thst.

    @dirtydeeds Keith....now I'm on the fence. Was thinking of going with your 8" because, of all the great reviews. I do a lot of towing. 5 days a week. Now after reading more posts about your 10" I'm unsure. Wasn't necessarily wanting super loud but, definitely want a low, deep, throaty sound. What's your opinion? Please sir....enlighten me
