    I test drove a 2022 SR-5, 8" infotainment, 4x4, no TRD, crew cab 6.5' bed.
And it definitely had soft touch dash and door panels. My current truck has a hard plastic interior and soft, squishy interior is actually a prerequisite for my next truck.

Did it have the little cubby above the glove box? Thats an SR/SR5 thing and they dont even make softtex dashs with the cubby. My SR5 has softex on the top of the door panel, but limiteds get softex in the upper area where its dark grey hard plastic on the SR5. On the center console kinda where your leg might rest i guess is softex on the limited as well instead of hard plastic. I replaced this on my SR5

Don't remember the cubby, which BTW is my other "want" I think back when I test drove the truck I wasn't aware of the cubby at that time...

Toyota does weird things. My wife has a new Corolla hatchback, and it is nicer than the sedan version, it has soft dash with "stitching" and the door panel is completely soft touch. I guess those parts are hard plastic in the sedan.

Anyways, I'm going to pay more attention to the next Tundra, I would like the dash cubby and soft door panels, at least

Capstone doesn't have the rear side window shades? Odd, or even the digital rear-view mirror according what was posted. Hmm.

LOL, I have heard a lot of owners complain that the Limited and above trims don't have the "silly plastic storage hole".

I have the "silly plastic storage hole." I love the idea but your comment was spot on with "plastic". Things just slide around in that spot. It needs a rubber mat insert.

They're available here. I installed one on my TRD Sport and it's great. Girlfriend puts all her stuff in there when we go for drives and it doesn't slide around.

As to the topic at hand. I wanted a Limited, but didn't find the extra price worth it. Plus I liked the look of the TRD Sport more and don't plan on doing any heavy off roading.
