Both setups (and trucks) look really sharp!

Did you happen to notice a significant improvement in MPG after installing your cover?

I've gone from ~14.9 MPG around town to over 17 MPGs driving the same roads!!! Now this is only after driving a few days after resetting, so I'm anxious to see what it is after a tank of gas or several hundred miles anyway. I've only got about 2300 miles on my truck so far so break-in probably has as much to do with it as anything, but I have to believe that the cover has helped reduce drag and improve MPGs. Regardless of the reason, I'm stoked to be driving a lifted Tundra with 285/65-20s and getting this kind of MPGs. Also, this past week was the first time I've towed with it and it really did well. Low-end torque with an awesome tranny made it a dream. Granted, I was only towing a Kubota Sidekick side x side on a tandem trailer, so not a huge load, but it was much less noticeable than my previous '07 Tundra with the 5.7L.

Sorry, I know I went a bit off topic, but I think it's relavant and I'm curious if you or others with a bed cover noticed the improved MPGs.

To be honest, never really paid attention. But I did not have a lift or significant change in tire size that could have brought the MPG done a fair bit from what it is normally supposed to get. I will watch fro that next time we load up and head to the mountains with the cargo boxes on.

Back to the purpose of this thread, I find the Retrax a bit more purposeful for MYSELF yet find the DB a sharp looking ruggedly built package also suitable for purpose at times. Cannot go wrong with either IMO.
