Does the ACS Forged system mount using the factory bed rail system or do those need to be removed/lowered?
I don't see it on the website, and can't find any close up pics or installs specifically on the Tundra.

The ACS Forged does not mount using the factory rail system. It looks to me like it would need to be removed. I can post pics of the rack mount clamps if you need. They clamp the underside of the bed rail- 3 clamps on each side.

I stand corrected. Only the Tacoma version has the option.

Well that's a bummer. I have a softopper and a tonneau cover that both use the rail system and I want to be able to swap out as needed, so I'd need a rack that uses the same mounting system. Too bad because the ACS Forged was at the top of the list for bed racks.

Call Leitner directly and speak with him. He can help you out and maybe offer a solution we are unaware of.

Not to highjack the thread but I saw another bed storage option and was wondering if anyone had experience with it. It seems to have more useable space inside.

They're super nice and well built, but also very pricey. If I could afford it I'd buy one.

As it stands, I have all of the materials assembled to built one myself. I just need to find the time to do it.

    Lots of shenanigans.
I ordered an ACS Forged and a CVT Mt Hood. The RTT is 130 lbs and it’s just me and my girlfriend who are average weight. Do you think it is necessary to run a 3rd bar? Idk how many of y’all are running RTT, I know Leitner recommends it but trying to see who has first hand experience before I buy another thing from them.
