Because I tried. Rated to 4K lbs. mean they won't break until 4K lbs.. That has nothing to do w/what you can actually get them to work for. A manual crank wall mounted spring compressor could barely do my 700lb springs.

    That is awesome for you.
Frustrating for me since I ordered mine November 28th. I contacted the seller and they are waiting to hear back from TeraFlex on a shipping date.
If it is going to be much longer I may cancel my order and go with the Dobinson IMS kit.

The dobinson IMS is considerably more money isn't it?

I'm basically down to Ironman vs Dobinson vs Falcon at this point.

It’s about the same. The Falcon is $1400 non adjustable rears or $1500 for adjustable rears.

Dobinsons are $1350 for the front struts, coils, and rear shocks $100 shipping on top of that for me may be less or more for other based upon location.
If you go full out swapping rear leafs then yes. But the Falcons don’t have new leafs so that does not factor in.

I already bought a set of TRD off road springs and have them at the powder coater now. So that money would be down the toilet if I went with the Dobinson. But depending upon how long I have to wait for the Falcons to ship may not be too much of a loss.

Yea I was looking at the ‘quick ride’ dobinson set up but they ship with blocks and everyone says use shackles instead of blocks. But I am no suspension pro.

I don’t think I need a whole new leaf pack. My truck has 7k miles....

I don’t tow anything heavy and get a load of mulch and fill dirt is about all I do with any frequency. So I have no need for new leafs so it is not a factor for me.
I did get Coachbuilder +1 shackles to maintain a slight rake as I like the look and do tow albeit not very heavy on occasion.

I opted for the adjustable Falcons and paid $1275 on a Black Friday deal. So I am trying to hold out a bit longer.
If I paid $1500 I would have cancelled already.
If the Dobinson IMS would have been out for the Tundras back in November it would have been my purchase I do believe.

They have just started getting in stock with a couple vendors as of this week.
Back in November no one had them at all. So hopefully I’ll be getting mine soon.
    We’ll just have to see.

Good to know. I reached out a couple of times to Shock Surplus in November and December and they had these in stock, but r now getting low from what David a customer rep there told me. Good luck getting these, I would have canceled my order by now no mater the deal I got.

Considering it is balls cold here for awhile and after lifting the front end the truck will no longer fit in the garage so I’ll be doing the install outside I am not in too much of a hurry thankfully.
