    I just took a few more pictures.
    The brace on the edge and in the middle are 1/2” plate and support the grill when we want to use it. The shelf on the side is 1/4” plate

    I guarantee nobody is moving this around! Somewhere around 300lb

    Thanks, I’m just a fair welder now. 30 years ago I had a welding shop and was pretty good. Sold my tow behind and only kept a couple shop welders, haven’t really run bead more than a dozen hours a year for a long while.
