Sorry to revive an old thread but this same thing happened to me. I have a 2020 Crewmax with K37's initially and total chaos (49704) 3/4" lift shackles. I got same sag on the rear with an empty bed and only a rough country slim tonneau cover. Ride is pretty good on and off the road but looks killed it.

I ended up replacing the leaf springs with the Deaver Springs U748 after seeing from deaver website that the K37s should not be used in a crewmax. Deaver website for reference: https://deaverspring.com/product/tu...eaf-spring-2-inch-lift-rear-shackle-required/

Contact the shop you bought it from and they might be able to straighten that up for you because mine did. Hope this helps...

Same thing that the shop manager told me, they have sold the same setup to Tundra owners for years and this is the first time they have seen a rear sag with the same setup they gave me. I have full ADS 2.5" with resi front and rear coupled with the K37 and it was supposed to give me a 3/2 lift as per their past installs. Also the first time they have seen similar setup (installed last week of August 2020) to have a rear sag that bad. My rear was .75" lower than front and had similar flat/bent rear leaf spring.

They are thinking something changed in K37s recently...
