Ok..,some of u might have missed me restating that I wasn't ripping them but suggesting a faster option. My rants and rudeness was thoughts in my mind not me yelling at them etc.

Obviously my situation is very minor compared to others. That's the point of this thread. For me to vent and others to give their experience. Anyhoot, we are all human. Mistakes happen, people have bad days etc.

Again my unvoiced frustration was my inside voice. Peace!!!

A good point Deuce292 made that I'm learning from other experiences on this thread is to do a careful walk around of areas that get serviced. That way, any issue can be immediately corrected. Of course this may not alway be possible if it's a late pickup or what not. Btw, I didn't drive my truck again from when I picked up the truck (Fri) til the Tue.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
During the entire Toyota care period the dealer only checked tire pressure 1 time.
    They did do the rotations

Yes people make mistakes but when a dealer is charging you $100+ per hr of labor u expect them to not mess up.
