Dealership didn’t disclose all body repairs and now paint is chipping

Not sure which forum to post this in but I bought a newish truck from a Toyota dealership and the Carfax said minor front damage. I asked the dealer and they told me it got a busted headlight and a scratch and that was it but all the work was done by an authorized Toyota dealership. Two months later and the paint on the hood is chipping up on the opposite side of where they said the damage was. When inspecting it with proper lights you can see the entire hood was repainted so it wasn’t just on the front right quarter panel where they said it was. Is there anything I can do?

 

Have you gone back to the dealership and asked them about it? The first option is to give them the opportunity to be honest.

 

Welcome to the forum! Since the dealer wasn't totally honest at the time you purchased, I doubt they will offer any assistance. Cost very little to try though!
