My 2016 Tundra has 3000 miles and sits in a heated garage. When it sits more than a week without starting the battery goes dead. Dealership claims battery is good and can't find problem. This has occurred 6 times in past 3 months. Any recommendations?

Did you have the battery tested?

A little of this and a little of that.
Take it to an auto parts store and have them do what Sean said, have them test it. Easy fix, probably a faulty battery.

At dealership now trying to trouble shot. If they can't find a solution this time I will take it to Auto Parts as you recommend. I was told that the vehicle has a lot of "bells and whistles" and it needs to be started frequently as there are constant draws. I believe that is BS!!

Agree-very frustrating. Pay top money for a Toyota and can't rely on it to start when left for more than a few days!!
I will see what happens today.

I had the same problem on my second gen (of course all my electrical mods don't help). Ended up getting a Northstar AGM battery. Seems to have solved it (jinx)

A few things that are known or reported to draw constant power.

    - Remote start system
    - Factory alarm system / door lock receiver
    - AMP power-steps if you have them.
    - Headlights left in Auto mode (or so the rumor goes)
    - Lead-acid battery self-discharge.
    - Stereo memory

    Flux capacitor!
I have lots of aftermarket light, amp steps, remote start and other stuff on my truck and I've never had an issue with my stock battery. I think the dealer should give be able to figure the problem out. Keep in mind every new vehicle has lemon law rights as well. I wouldn't let the dealer give you any BS saying that's normal.

Mine dies after about 3 weeks. Also planning a Northstar upgrade, hoping for another group buy. I started a thread about this phantom drain problem last year. I wonder how our trucks compare in this regard to the other manufacturers?

yep bank account is running low from it..
Tundra sits for one to two more months at time genius battery charger keeps mine in top shape. Uses 110 volt.

Tacoma uses solar power to keep charged. 100 watt solar panel.

    Both systems work perfect.
