I'm struggling to recall. I think on my 03 2wd I used em for the fronts and for my 05 4wd I used em for the rears. Not sure, it's all a blur years later

You'd know if it was leaking. Mine made a loud ticking noise when I accelerated because of a leak

@Weagle. Congrats on progress and i dont know about extensions. But I was going to try seperating the harness to make it reach w no modifications first. So this thread is a big help. Look forward to reading more.

I had to do that after the header install. Coasting and light throttle were fine. Any amount of go pedal and it was instant defness.

I just started it in my driveway, my mom and kids looked out the window like OMG!!! I also got to hear a 4.9l I6 straight off the headers when we did them, it didn’t sound to bad in terms of 6 vs 8

I did jump when I first cranked it, but still it wasn't as bad as I was as expecting. My neighbors later told me they thought it sounded good ha. I guess they like straight pipes too. I hate that shit except at a racetrack

cats should be here midday tomorrow. So I'll have the exhaust fully done no later than sometime Tuesday

going to be a crazy busy week. Exhaust. Upper ball joints, and dobbies. Then timing belt over the weekend.

I had put off timing belt once I found my records and wasn't as far along as I thought. But I wish now I would have done it a few months back. I don't like only having only a week and a half to drive it with all these changes before my annual 2 week trip in late July.

If all seems good I think I'm gonna have to take a little road trip this weekend just to be sure it's all clicking as it should. But That should be fun with this new exhaust

Got a few more pictures, but I'll have to post later. Taking way too long today.

Just pull my truck around to the front of my house. Man that things got a wonderful deep sound once it drops down to regular idle rpm's

This morning I installed the new ECU from Quantum Tuning (Quantum-Auto com) that programs that out. I had to let it re-program for my car Since it is a different ECU but all went well

I didn't check for codes, but I didn't get a check engine light when I drove it around for a few minutes with only the headers and upstream O2 sensors

It’s all relative...I was happy to pay $450 (and about a 1.5 month turnaround time) to get the immobilizer removed from my ktm 990’s ECU.

The good news? I love the sound it is perfect. The muffler guy fell in love with the mufflers and the system.

The downstream O2 sensors or too short, the extensions from Underdog Racing did not fit - not sure if they were for Upstream only

and I'm getting a P0113 with the engine light on the check into flashing occasionally

I don't see anything to indicate that would be related to the downstream O2 sensor. My harness is bad for the upstream O2 sensor.

also getting a rough idle, which is one of the symptoms for that code apparently

Keep in mind this has a different ECU than my stock before the header upgrade. the exact same part number that has been programmed for the headers and performance

Was simply a vacuum tube that feeds right by the mass airflow sensor
All seems to be good now
