I have a 3rd party dash cam from my former car. Any way to power it from where the over priced factory cam mounts?

It was pretty straightforward. I had to do some googling to figure out which wires to tap, but I can try to grab a picture of what I did later today, if you need.

Yes please I would like a cleaner set up than the one currently running into my lighter. Any pics and step would be greatly appreciated

Ignore my lack of cable management. It's tough to work on that stuff when it's 110+ outside, so I'll probably clean it up in a couple months.

I used pins 1 and 4 I think, which red is ignition power in pin 1, and brown/black is ground in pin 4.

Been checking this website out for a couple weeks now but they seem to always be out of stock. I even contacted them with no response.
