My 1794 (non hybrid) was built in late July and so far I haven’t had any problems with the dark LCD screen. I have 7500 miles on the truck and it’s been free of problems except for the windshield clicking. Is the problem with the dark LCD’s screen only on the 2023 model year and only on the hybrids

Not sure. I got my 2023 hybrid 1794 on 16Dec2022 and this morning was the first time I experienced the black screen (2,400 miles). I ran an errand a few minutes ago (truck had been sitting for 1.5hrs) and the screen was working when I started it. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

I have a 22, and although I haven't had a dark screen while playing media or viewing maps, I have noticed dark images from the backup camera sometimes.
