I’ll probably want a new truck in a few years

but, since all you communist thugs told me I can’t have a v8 tundra.

    I’m stuck looking at others

it’s a sad state of affairs when you have to consider an f150. (With fp700 pkg)

    and

If you have a snappy 5.7 with a s/c. The field narrows

similar performing trucks are north of $100k

Can one of yall call Toyota and make the 5.7 with the 10sp trans?

Seriously, elon sat in a bar stoned/drunk and sketched this up on a bar napkin and made a bet with someone that he could sell 100,000 of them just because they were 'cyber'.

I say something similar when people disparage the Cyber Truck. It’s not for me from an aesthetic or cost standpoint, but I really appreciate Tesla trying something different.

I saw a couple of them yesterday, and what always gets me is that they're larger than I'm expecting. For some reason, in my head, I'm expecting them to be more Tacoma sized (nothing against Tacomas ;)).

The cyber truck identifies as such, let it be everyone. It has a right to be a triangle, I mean a truck

I think the design is hilariously awesome and some of the performance numbers are really impressive. I still love my truck, too.

I'd be worried every jerk that walks by would have to bang on or scratch the SS panels just to see how tough they really are
as well as more brazen idiots taking shots at the so called bullet proof glass. I couldn't leave it anywhere.

Don't care about the specs. Could be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but I'd still have to look at it every day and restrain the urge to vomit.

Is it the camera angle or does the Cyber Truck have panel alignment issues. The left side is much higher than the right.

I'd take a Hummer err EV instead if I had stupid money for a "look at me" toy.

There's a youtube channel I watch called "WhistlinDiesel". The guy pretty much destroys every vehicle he gets his hands on  I mean, expensive stuff like a G-Wagon Mercedes, a Ferrari and even an older diesel Hilux. He finally got his hands on a Cybertruck and compared it to a somewhat later model F-150.

It was a pretty good watch, not for the faint of heart. You guys should check it out. I won't ruin the ending for you guys though.

    Here it is

No offense to the Army Green folk, but seeing those side-by-side is the only way I'd ever appreciate a green pickup. We have a few in my area.

Elon got trapped into a personal pet idea that only makes sense to him maybe that was nearly impossible to mass produce and make a profit.

We all have such ideas. Few are lucky enough to be in a position to execute them even if they loose billions.

I was a homebuilder for a decade. The difference between brilliant market uniqueness that stands out in the market and unsaleable bankruptcy starter is razor thin.

There are at least 8-10 near me, and while they're hideous, they're fast as hell. The people I've seen get on it I'm sure then had to go home and recharge it (and probably buy new tires in a week or two).

I live 40 mins from three urban centers - what you would call small towns.
Kind of in the middle of them on a large lake.
I see many more previous 2.5 gen Tundras around here, than 3rd Gen Tundras. Say 5-1
I finally saw a Cyber truck - lol - 2 weeks ago at one of the marinas.
Yeah. I took pictures. if you are looking for attention......

Whatever this forum told me to do
here's what I ponder on the CT

EVERY truck looks the EXACT same. they all now look like an F150.

    it's laughable.

    and then comes the CT.

    yes, it looks different.

but is does all the truck stuff.
and in MOST cases it does them better.

it appears we, as minions, have been trained to like whatever the big3 put out. no matter how hideous.
Even the 3rd gen has chosen to look like EVERY other truck.

or is it that we are FORCED to like the big 3 because that's what the mfr's are spitting out?
come on, y'all know the front grills of the new trucks are stoopid ugly.

    I simply want a 2025 V8 Tundra + 10sp trans + 9psi blower.
And we have allowed a bunch of skinny nancy-boys, and haggered looking liberal women, to deny us this freedom.
