A couple years back I think they quoted $550, shipped? Didn't seem bad for adding 4 leafs to each side. What I told him was 0-1" of lift with an extra 1500 lbs on the rear axle. They supposedly have a lot of experience with 4 Wheel Campers and Tundras. Any spring shop should be able to do something similar, but they'd have less Tundra experience.

I'm currently just running bags @35 psi for the extra weight, and that lifts plenty... but I'll be adding even more weight when I go full time.

Reviving this thread! Anyone ordered/installed Alcan custom leaf packs in the last 12-18 months?! Chatted and emailed with Lew a bit, very responsive and knowledgable. Hunting for something that would net around 1.5"-2" of lift but still rated for nominally stock weight/unloaded most of the time, while still improving ride quality a bit moving away from the stock leaf packs to a multi-leaf progressive setup. Backup plan would be to run some CB shackles to bump the rear up just a bit using stockers...not as elegant as moving to a progressive leaf pack, but would get the job done without any extra drama. Thanks!

Not sure what you're asking for, but I have CB shackles with Alcans and have zero issues.

Just if folks are still having recent/positive experiences with Alcan leaf packs...that's all. :anonymous:

If they don't, it'd be posted in here for sure.

I just installed a custom pack from Alcan, with +1400# carrying capacity and a set of Fox 2.5 Performance Elite shocks. The whole experience was great, and the quality of the springs is top notch!

Nice setup! Looks like you ended up going with Alcan's u-bolt flip kit with bump - happy with the fitment/install? Alcan shackles or something else? Lead time pretty consistent with what was promised? Spring rate looks right on the money for all the extra weight, good stuff!

What torque values did you use for the leaf spring install?

Yeah I did the Ubolt flip kit, their bump stops, and their two position shackles. lead time was spot-on, I don’t remember the spring rate off the top of my head, but they nailed it.. @Tundra234 haha, I’m terrible at remembering shit at the moment, so I don’t remember the torque specks for the Ubolts or shackles, but they provided those specs. Something like 65ftlb for the shackles and front spring bolt, and 84ftlb for the Ubolts. And I have re-torqued them a couple times since the install. Equally impressive was working with Accutune suspension on the custom valving for these Fox shocks. The whole package works together incredibly well!
