Custom lasercut keychains

So all current orders are done and will be shipped out tomorrow including the order of 3 keychains that came back to me.

Some changes:
Due to USPS returning one to me I will need to charge shipping for orders of 3 or more keychains. Shipping for 3 is $3.09 to the US but if you have an order for more than 3 let me know i'll figure out what the shipping cost will be.

Unfortunately after figuring out the cost to ship to Canada I will no longer be able to ship to our friends up north as the price is just too high ($9.98 USD for a single keychain). If you are in Canada and really, really want one let me know but I just feel bad charging shipping that is just about the cost of the item. It might be a better option to do a group buy of sorts and ship to a single address in Canada and have someone distribute them from there within Canada.

Also have a new black leather that i'm testing out now as I am just about out of the current black leather. It's the exact same leather as the white and brown and so far is looking good. Moving forward all the black keychains will be made with this leather.

@GAknight Nice so it just looks like USPS is sending back only the 3 packs (I think only one 3 pack was shipped) and that the 2 packs are getting through. This is also the new leather I mentioned so you're the first one with that. The TSS logo just wasn't working on the other leather for some reason.

 

Yea...everything seemed to arrive just fine. I think they were delivered Monday or Tuesday. I was travelling out of state through late yesterday so I just checked the mail today. Thanks again!

Can you post a comparison photo of the new vs old black leather? I have the old black leather.

 

Sure I have some test pieces that I can use for a comparison photo. When I get home later I’ll grab a pic and post it.

 

Here’s a photo of the 2 black leathers. The new black engraves black while the previous black engraves more grayish (this was also an early test piece on the first leather so the engraving isn’t as deep). Khunk has a great photo a few posts above that shows the TRD logo on the original leather.

Got my key chain a few weeks ago. Been doing a lot of travel for work.

The brown leather 1794 looks great. I think it will look even better as it ages. Great job Adam!

This has been a really fun journey for me ... I have learned a ton and thank you all for being a part of it!

As of tonight I have shipped around 50 of these keychains all over the US and there's even one in Canada! Some of you even came back for more keychains after your first order which is truly awesome! Unfortunately the cold weather is kicking in and my water cooled laser is in my garage so once temps start to fall and the garage starts getting to freezing i'm out of operation until things warm up again (on to playing with the vinyl cutter!).

So anyone who would like an awesome handmade leather keychain has until Friday, October 11th to get their order in and after that we're done until spring when things start to thaw out (see post #92 for ordering info ... no more shipping to Canada i'm afraid unless you want to cover the ridiculous cost of shipping).

So I have a small vinyl cutter (up to 12" x 24") that I've been messing around with. Mostly done stuff for my own projects and some vinyl decals for my truck including my TRD off road bed logos. Previous owner removed them so I cut new ones in black matte except for 4x4 which is matte white. Made some matte black US flags as well for below my 1794 logo and also did some t-shirts with various logo's using Cricut sport-flex which came out great.
