    Here are some samples with brown leather and different thread colors:

    Top down: dark brown, gray, orange, what I called gray earlier but is really a light grayish blue, black & mahogany.

    These samples are just about ready to ship if you see one you want (I just need to finish the edges). The top one with dark brown stitching is the SR5 logo.

    The leather is thin (1.5mm) so I use a piece of 3mm baltic plywood in the middle as a stiffener that I lasercut to size.

    I'll see what I can find around and maybe I can do a one-off for you.

    Unfortunately unless I can get some metal inserts in the exact size I need and at a low enough cost to make sense, cutting and grinding metal is a no go. Unless I sell a ton of keychains as fiber lasers that can cut thin metal start around $17,000!

    Black leather is in. Here’s the first attempt. There is an almost mottled appearance in places which i'm thinking is variations in the dye and how it absorbed into the leather.

    This is pretty close ... need to work on the PLATINUM font a bit tomorrow. Platinum will be engraved into the leather and so will the black around Tundra so it'll look pretty much like the actual badge.
