Well, I *had* purchased a Fab Four roof rack from 4 Wheel Parts this week. $500!! Bought online and drove the 1.5-2hrs down to El Paso to pick up. Thought the box looked small at pick up and figured the rack was in pieces.

No big deal. Nice weekend project.

Drove all the way home only to find that it was only the FRONT PIECE (for the lights) that was in the box.

Long story short, the website was "hard to distinguish" what was really being sold.

Apparently Fab Four charges $500 for just that front piece, to attach to the rack. The rack, btw? $879!!!!!

Needles to say, there were no concessions made other than "We've let our IT guys know of the issue on the website. It is not very clear what exactly is being sold". So, today, and 4.5 hrs of striving later, a return and refund was enacted.

Damn it damn it damn it. There goes my weekend project...

The only thing I have purchased at 4wp in the last 15 years is lug nuts.
