Yea and you will jack them up if you pull them off without removing the wheel. I used a metal pick and bent one up a little. It is a thin aluminum cover over the plastic and gets messed up easily.
The easiest way to remove is honestly remove the wheel and push from the inside.

Little more kick. But mostly more consistent power overall.
It felt sluggish when taking off from a stop so I removed the accelerator peddle module and it's much better.

One thing you will notice is on the hwy it doesn't try and shift down into 5th at the hint of pressing the pedal. You can actually give it throttle and pass in 6th. Also, it takes more pedal to get going with everything installed. You aren't wasting more gas it's just less sensitive. Between the starts and the 6th gear you will get better mileage. I did the same with mine though. I like the sensitive pedal.

I seriously cant decide on the 3 inch lift like you have and the zone 5 inch. There is a guy down t he street with the zone, flares and 305 mt's. It looks bad ass, but my hang up is will it be a real problem if I take it off road and will it fit in my garage... you still like your suspension?

5" will be fine offroad. It will have 2" more clearance.
I think I have ~2" gap between the top of the cab and the garage. My tires are only 34.5" though. Most likely wouldn't fit a 5", def not with tires that are actual 35".
I do still like my suspension. The ride is nice. It's no long travel with kings or icons but for the money it's awesome.

Have the slight whistle that is common with the extra flow. Didn't mind it at first, kinda made my truck sound like it had a turbo. Wish it did. Now it's just getting annoying. Will be removing the wire mesh soon to eliminate the whistle.

You can buy the gasket by itself too if you want its like four bucks and I think I listed the part number on my build page. I know its right at 1800 to 2000 rpm where it whistles the worst, while you are cruising.

You gotta wrap it tight but not so tight you can't pull it under itself. I used a lighter on the ends so it wouldn't fray. In step c, you pull and the loop at the top will tuck itself and one end under the wrap. Cut the other end off close and just push it under the wrap.

Forgot to post this. The metal hanging post did this as it fell off the chain and swung into the windshield.
