Ok so I'm at Toyota now. @LOTSOFTOYS is kind enough to see my crazy lack of sleep self and get everything squared away on my truck.
Jace is also adding antiseize to the lower control arm cam adjusment parts for me.

What I have left to do:
    - Rear shocks
    - Rear block
    - Finish rear diff breather
    - Front diff oil change
    - Clean in-cab air filter
    - Clean engine air filter
    - Clean the garage**

Yep on blaster, heat and BFH. If it wrecks the UCA I'm screwed.

BTW.... Pre alignment numbers puts me at a 1" addition lift in the front!!! Need to decide on 1.5" rear blocks or trade for 2" rear blocks.

I like the look of the front down slightly. I preferred the 3/2 lift of my last truck vs the 3/1 lift in the one before that. Just my $ .02

Good news!!!!!! I don't need new LCAs. @LOTSOFTOYS was able to break them loose and align. Will be getting new cams and have him install later with lots of anti-seize.

    Alignment came out great.

Can't wait to see how this comes out Brian, looking at the same set up but doing a 1.5 progressive pack and CB +1s in the rear. Let's see the pics already!

The Boss Coilovers are awesome in combo with the TC UCAs. So smooth and softer ride than the ultimate. Definately recommend them. Will keep you updated as the springs settle in.

I can tell I have more motion and travel with the UCAs. Ordered some tri-flow dry lube for the UCAs to keep them from squeeking. Heard it was a common problem in the past for all uniball control arms but recently heard from others that they have no squeeking problems.

Will be jumping up to 1.5" on the rear but not at the moment. Maybe a few weeks. Possibly different setup than block. I am planning to do OME Dakars at some point in the future too. Probably a few years before that. Def when I end up getting something to tow :spy:

As for pics. The overall look of the truck didn't change much. Little more space in the front wheel well. Will be picking up some vinyl in the next couple weekends. The color I chose is subtle but will look good. Vinyl includes hood and a bedside. I won't spoil this one yet.

Maybe when I'm ready to sell this truck and get a new one I will save up to do a long travel setup that I will never use to its full potential.....

What I really want is a 1st gen Tacoma to use as a weekend crawler. Maybe a 1st gen tundra but they are a little pricier. Wouldn't LT it though. LT is just not as useful on CO trails. Mid travel is fine, LT is wast of money. Best would be SAS.

Thanks for the feedback. Really have heard nothing but good things about this BOSS kit since it has come out, planning to go with this with the Cooper STT Pro 35s when I return from over here in the sandbox in Aug.

Are you still happy with the running lights you bought from jumper? If u had to do it over, would you have tried another brand? I'm about to make a lighting overhaul and about to pull the trigger on those. Can really find any other good ones

They are nice. Slightly darker in color than the stock ones. Not really as bright as i was hoping for them to be but they are brighter than stock. They do look high quality and shouldn't have issues with them.
