That's good to know. I installed on my 07 Tacoma and it was a pain in the ass to remove the long bolt. No room to just pull it out.

You just have to remove the battery on the drivers side and move wire bundles around on both sides, but easy to do. You probably already know, but just in case, after you unbolt the spindle bolt to the uca, just whack the spindle arm with a hammer a couple times and the ball joint will separate easily on its own.

I keep meaning to give my opinion on this... So I think you should leave them one color, either silver or all black. Not so much because of the color itself, but rather how it makes your rim to tire ratio look. With the silver wheel and black ring, it makes the rim look tiny and like you are running huge tires. I like a big tire, but the rim should look proportionate. Just my opinion though. I love your truck and it will look bad ass no matter what you do there.

That's good man! Do you run it without the throttle module? My mpg took a nice hit from installing 35s... I'm considering another tuner for my next purchase. Guess I shouldn't have sold it!

I had someone ask if I had 12" wheels on there one time. Thats why I have been thinking about taking the rings off for a bigger wheel look. Almost want to buy 18s or 20s but lack of funds at the moment are keeping me from it. Eventually I will and eliminate the wheel spacers in the process.

Well I really like the look of those wheels, but if you decide to sell, I'm sure you can recoup quite a bit of the cost of new ones.

Installed in ~20-30 min because I had to remove my ammo box and front unistrut rail. Rail just needs to be shortened and then I can reinstall. Easy install. Looks awesome.

    image.jpg image.jpg

Will try to find a home for the ammo box. Might have to be on the floor of the bed.

Now I know what to do with the light @Sean266 gave me.

How hard it is it to install the ToyTec Diff drop? Can't be to difficult. Don't want to hijack thread.

Basically removing existing bolts an inserting spacers and using the longer bolts to proper torque (whatever that is)?

When I installed mine, the only difficult part was getting the nuts started. Very tight place and little room .

That's good to know. At least I won't be surprised. Very tight and a little room isn't always a bad thing, heh heh

Clearly, I'm still thinking about my exhaust. I need to hear yours up close. Maybe when I get my OME goodies installed at Insain you can accidentally show up along with Sean. 1 or 2 weeks wait I guess.
