Soooooo... I noticed that there was sand in the Atturos, which actually turned out to be balancing beads. Ended up googling Atturo tires and found complaints about the tires being out of round.

Should I be worried? I mean I was about to spend $500 for a brand new 39" spare tire but ended up spending $400 for 5 x 40" tires.. just go for it right?

Balancing beads, or evidence thereof, doesn't necessarily mean there was a balancing issue. The good deal you got might be stronger evidence? But, you won't know until you know. In for a penny, in for a pound.

There would be a higher chance if there was dirt instead of a parking lot.

Picked up the bumper and now dropping off to get 40s installed. Costing me more money to install than it was to purchase the tires.

Got them 40s on! No rub full lock. Acceleration is noticeably sluggish. The shop did a great job balancing the tires - they were having a hard time.
Tomorrow I'll re- paint the rear bumper and trim the rear fenders before putting the bumper back on. Gonna give it a bath too.
