    huge thanks to @ColoradoTJ for helping me out yesterday. another thanks to his family for my keeping him well into the after dinner hours. it turned into quite a project, 10 hours. learned a couple of things along the way.

    the @TOTAL CHAOS secondary hoop kit is seriously impressive. extremely well put together. not a 100% exact fit, which was to be expected, so we had to modify just a few things and chris explained every step and why.

    clearance with the camburg kinetik arms is very tight. like, very, tight.

    this last one is totally on me. double check all your pressures when you pull new shocks out of the box. mine were quite low at all 4 corners. pressures are all correct now and the truck sits about an inch higher. the leaky rear 3.0 no longer appears to be leaking even after leaving it at 300psi for about 4 hours yesterday.

    now for the fun stuff.

    nothing has been tuned yet. bypasses (front and rear) are still at their factory settings and the coilovers are still with stock valving. this will change as i do have new shim stacks for the front. that being said, the truck handles incredibly well. slightly stiffer than before but i'm chalking that up to now having correct pressures in the shocks. the front end is really responsive.

    did i need the secondaries up front? no, not really.
    am i excited about having them? hell yeah.

    looking forward to getting in the dirt and tweaking things.

    pictures coming as soon as the sun comes out and the snow melts from the driveway...
