Yea. The cab rack will need holes drilled. The topper rack will use the ARE factory rails.

you drill the holes and use nutsert type, or do you need to drop the headliner to access?

on the trail with @Bailey yesterday. some much needed vitamin n. we got through a hike and lunch then the weather started coming in on the way down. wind picked up with a bite of fall and the clouds started rolling in. love watching the weather change above the tree line. had wanted to shoot a little with the drone but the wind made me second guess it. next time.

Grease monkey day. New pads and rotors at all 4 corners. Went with EBC sport rotors and their Yellow Stuff pads. Figured I would get it done today since I’m going in for surgery on the right this Thursday.

I'm looking at almost the exact same but with +15 offset on Grid GD4 18x9's and the same size Ridge Grapplers. So looks like I'm going to have some nip and tuck action in my future as well.

Topper rack is mounted. Really happy with it. Machined well and looks great. Pics tomorrow.

Took a look through the parts for the cab rack and it looks like they included rivnuts. I need to spend some more time with it tomorrow. Not sure I’ll get it mounted before surgery on Thursday though.

ok. emailed cbi this morning to see if they had mounting instructions for the cabrack. they sent me a pdf and it doesn't look too hairy. the included hardware for mounting is a plusnut.

they recommend a hole size between .386-.391". i have to check my step bits but i think i have that covered. it also doesn't look like i have to drop the entire headliner, just the edges to vacuum out the metal shavings. i've got two full tubes of rvt silicone. if i have time, i'm going to try and knock this out this afternoon. drill baby drill.

if you hear a loud bang followed by a string of obscenities, it's just me drilling a hole in the airbag.... :anonymous:

not much to tell. it's a winch. it was heavy.

    kidding

it's a superwinch talon 12.5i with a factor55 flatlink. the license plate frame is the cascadia 4x4 flipster. it's the only one i found that would fit over the flatlink.
