    I train alone 99% of the time. I prefer to keep up my pace and keep moving. Then again, it's also nice to have that extra push in the gym. Leg day with a buddy can usually be fun :)

    This is true, especially making it a competition! Buddy adds 5 lbs, you add 10 or rep wise. First to 50 squats wins. (That one will make you do the prison walk for a week guaranteed!)
