I know this isn’t in the mix, but I went with the Cooper ST MAXX because they were quieter than the pro’s. My buddy just put ridge grapplers on his tundra too, so I could probably tell you pretty quickly which ones quieter. Lol

I absolutely love my Pros. I think they’re the best offroad tire around. But I’m on dirt more than on pavement. A little noisy but not obnoxiously loud. But I barely hear it anymore, I’ve gotten pretty used to it. Only time I ever felt them struggle was on hard ice which is common for any MT.

I have max now got them used for cheap also my friend just got duratecs he has way smaller tires so idk if that makes less noise. I don’t care about a little noise. Just don’t want crazy hum. I like to turn the radio down every once and a while

I've tried all the hybrid Mt/At's on several platforms. My Ridge grapplers have 16k on them so far and I'm the most impressed. Spendy but good.

Had Ko2’s and now STT Pro’s. The Pro’s are a bit louder than the ko2’s. I’ve been very happy with the Pro’s. I take them Offroad and daily drive them.

If you don’t plan on off-roading get some AT’s instead though. Cooper makes AT’s too.

    Nitto Ridge Grapplers!
Have them on my Jeep and Tacoma.
When my Nitto Trail grapplers wear out on my Tundra .....which is going to take some time , I’m going to put Ridge Grapplers on it!
    Super quiet and smooth .
And they do sell in snow sand and mud ...water too.

The STT Pro's are M/T's! The Ridge Graps are A/T's! No reasonable comparison. Trail Grappler M/T's? A different story. Had them too. Pro better IMHO. Love my STT Pro's and my ST Maxxs. You need to also check out Coopers new AT3 LTX tire.

I loved my ridge grapplers while i had them. About 15k. They got louder with wear. Went with Toyo MT after.

Had the DuraTracs on my Taco. A true A/T so will be quieter than hybrid A/Ts like the Maxx is and the Ridge Graps. My Maxx.s were almost the the price as my STT Pro's. All a matter of choice. Cooper gets copied a lot. Cooper's AT3 series is a good example.

Try rotating your tires every 3k.
Duratracs are no way quieter than Ridge Grapplers .
Plus duratracs start wearing really badly after 15k

Never owned Ridge Graps but did own DuraTracs. Can't attest to noise difference between the two, but a true A/T should be quieter than a hybrid A/T with a more "aggressive" tread. My DuraTracs had 46K miles on them when I traded for my tundra. Zero problems with tread wear with my set and they got somewhat abused driving up to Alaska and back. Great tires.

I have the Ridge Grapplers here in Montana. They are quiet on paved roads and highway speeds. They did great last winter, had no issues with snow or wet surfaces.

Yep that’s the beauty of the Ridge Grapplers:).
    They are super quiet.
I had a set of duratracs an off road shop talked me into, after a few thousand miles I chucked them..noisy and rough!
My Nitto Trail grapplers are loud but are also smooth and with 58k on them and plenty of wear left , these are what I replaced my Duratracs with.

Love my RG’s! Have about 13k on mine so far, and they’re barely louder than the BFG AT’s I had on stock. Haven’t gotten offroad with em yet, but I’ve heard good things.

Had DuraTracs on a work truck a few years back, I’d say they’re a hair louder than the RG’s. Granted that was on a diesel so the turbo probably drowned out a lil bit of the noise.

My DuraTracs did get quite noisy at 30K or so but handled record cold /snow Alaska winter in 11/12 quite superbly. Good but not as good as my Cooper ST Maxx. Seemed like every 4X4 in Anchorage I saw was running with some sort of Cooper M/T or A/T tire. Having made the switch to Cooper I now now why. All a matter of choice. Ridge Graps and STT Pro are both great tires.

I just put Ridge Grapplers on mine. I haven't gotten the chance to take them offload yet, I'm still waiting to install my UCA's and get a sold alignment. However, on road, they are quiet and comfortable. I've only ever had BFG A/T KO2 and the Ridge Grapplers. Looking at what you said you wanted out of the tire... I'd say Ridge Grapplers
