    Oh man, best ones IMO are Zulu, pecan praline, and cream cheese!

    Only times they're available is around January and February (sometimes the first week of march)

    Coonazz started as a slur.
    History lesson:
    Back in the day they called black people coons. The common though was they we like raccoons, come and steal things from you at night. Well what's worst than a coon, a coon's azz. At the time the establishment did not like cajuns because they were not white yet they not black either. They could not legally be taken as slaves. This coupled with the fact they were a strong, resilient, and proud people with tight family ties made them impossible to "deal with". You could not steal one and force him/her to labor because they would fight to the death and/or their family would do the same to revenge/ free them. This made them useless to the establishment, i.e. Worst than a coon. A coon's azz..
