Coil overs (3”) and 295 tires, ESP storage, grab bar; RCI skids; tinted windows; rear air bags
I ordered this combo. I have the tray, still waiting on the console organizer. Great first purchase for the new Tundra.

I'm in canada. Why is the price on the Canadian Amazon site basically double the US price? $19.99CDN (approximately $26CDN) to $50CDN? https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00SSKUHAC

The tray seems to be fine. Its pretty much the proper exchange rate.

The divider is being drop shipped from the US by somebody else which explains the price. We have recently added many products to Amazon.ca. Unfortunately the Tundra divider wasn't one of them and won't be available on Amazon.ca until December in our next shipment. You would be better off buying both on Amazon.com with the discount or wait until December when we have both on Amazon.ca. Sorry for the long answer. Long term we will be servicing Canada with the full line up.

I am stoked that the console organizer and tray I just ordered for my 2018 Tundra Limited were made in the USA. There is far, far too much cheap shit made in China out there.

But I am a little bummed, that each time I open the center console lid, the tray binds to the underside of the lid because it's not quite the correct size, and eventually slams down once the lid has opened up high enough for its own weight to pull it free. Might have to grind it down a bit.

That is certainly not the norm. I assume you have the tray in the intended orientation, ie. Driver/Passenger marked on the tray. Does it stick when forward, back, middle, all positions?

Thanks for the prompt response. The tray is oriented correctly per its markings. The forward-most position is not available because my charger cable gets in the way (need to find a USB C that has a 90 degree elbow on it), but the tray does bind to the console lid in middle and back positions. Please see attached video.

Got both the Salex grid organizer as well as the tray from a member here who upgraded to a safe. Could not be more pleased. The console was a useless black hole before and now it’s actually useful. Best mod you can do to this truck.

Anything for the double cab under the middle front seat? it's a pretty big compartment too. A safe option would be great too. I think there are accessible bolts in there that can be utilized.

It fits a lot of stuff. Right now I have a tow strap, extendable lug wrench, tire plug kit, and first aid kit under there.

I'm glad I wasn't the one to revive the 6 year old thread! But I'm more glad someone else did and stopped me from ordering a Chinese copy (even though I do love the smell of Harbor Freight) and I'll be ordering the Salex on my next Amazon order!

I ordered an embedded in the Tundra Center console safe, which is currently working very well. It also comes from the smell of Harbor Freight:bananadance:.

I left this review on the Amazon page, but wanted to share it here as well. I clicked the link in the first post, bought this and this is the item that arrived, so I assume this is an official product.

I really, really wanted this to work, and on the surface, it seems like the perfect addition. Couple things people should know if you are considering this item.

1 - It does not sit level. I put one lightweight set of keys in the front, and it immediately titled forward. I hate that. Each time you open the lid of your console, it will lean forward and:

2 - It does not fit tightly. In addition to leaning forward, the minute you touch it, its gonna rattle back and forth (side to side) in place because it does not fit snugly. Maybe by design. Maybe not. Maybe its Maybelline. Each time you open the lid of your console, it will lean forward, rattle back and forth in place and:

3 - It doesn't really stay in place. I know its designed to move about, but reach in to get your keys and it slides back and forth from the front to the back of the console with just the barest of touches, this thing will slide back, then forward, then sideways, then tilt. The fitment of this thing is terrible, all the way around.

The last thing you should know, and this may not be a big deal to most of you, given the number of charging ports in these trucks, but the use of this means you cant use the charging plug in the console. So if you do use that you will have to put this tray in the middle, and this thing, for as bad as it fits, fits best when its jammed up front of the console. For me, I replaced my console lid pocket with a surface charger pocket, and thats what I use mostly so this isnt a big deal, but when I did use a wired charger, thats the plug i used.

It appears to be solidly built enough, and even has some type rubber liner at the bottom to keep things from clattering around in the pockets.

All in all, I cannot recommend this product to anyone else, based on the fitment alone. If you are in any way particular, or OCD, or even just like things to neatly be a certain way, this is not the tray for you.

Like I said, I wanted this to work, and I wanted to like it and support someone from the forums, but its just too ill fitting for me.

That’s weird. Mine doesn’t slide or wobble or tilt forward at all. Fits like a glove. And I’ve only got stuff in the front two sections and it still doesn’t tilt forward. Maybe you got a dud or a knockoff?

They have not yet responded. Amazon doesn't make it super easy to contact the actual seller, but I reached out through their website.

They havent been on this forum or any of their social media since 2022 when they sold to Baselayer. I would be very very surprised if their stuff was actually made in the USA any longer.

End of the day, it was only $20. I have wasted more on less.

yeah, I've had mine for a couple years and never a rattle or any of the other issues. Once in a while I might hear it slide forward in there under a heavy stop, but I also have mine in their backwards as I can tuck it further back in the console leaving the front exposed. having it in the backwards also would alleviate any tip, but I also have my tray filled with stuff, not just a single item. It also allows for use of the charging port if desired, I usually keep a yeti rambler in there so I need the full height of the console.
