    Lots of shenanigans.
I noticed this morning that my driver headlight has condensation in it but the passenger doesn’t. Any idea on how to fix this issue/ prevent it from happening again?

I initially thought that I didn’t put the running light bulb back into place properly but that wasn’t the case. It was seated in perfectly snug.

Usually, condensation on the inside surface means there is an opening to outside air. Either there is a damaged bulb seal, or the seal between inner/outer halves has a leak, or you have a stone chip in lens. Turning on the headlights should heat the headlight assy. up and evaporate the condensation, but if there is a leak to outside air, it will return.

Pull the headlight off to make inspection easier and to dry the housing out. Try adding a little bit of Vaseline to the bulb seal gaskets..

Im leaning towards a bulb seal as well. It might be dried out from this hot a$$ state that we live in.
