Our little off-roading club (Clowns Inc) has a season end, all go out trip when some friends come out from North Carolina every year.

This year, we did Montrose, Grand Junction, Gypsum, Buena Vista, and Penrose.

We are very fortunate to have my buddies wife take pictures of this event. Without her, these pictures would not exist. So a shout out to her.

First up, Montrose. We did Topless, Calamity Canyon, Die Trying, Cactus Ridge, and Death Row.
Trails varied from 7-10+ on difficulty.

Ten Falls, Gypsum. This place is insane. I opted out...and that says something if you know me on a personal level. The "gatekeeper" was enough for me. I ripped my top off and bent up some sheetmetal, and this is the easiest obstacle on the trail. My jeep is having some transmission issues. Not the place to swap out a transmission. You have to fix in place and drive out/and winch at places.

    To be cont....

    Ten Falls, continued.

This is the gatekeeper. I got more screwed up than a football bat in here.

As you can see, my top and roll cage are into the rocks hard on my passenger side. I almost got the distinct award of replacing my front windshield and frame. So some changes will be made after tonights run at Independence Trail System in Penrose, CO.

Again, a special shout out to my friends wife for all the great pics!!

Tundra tow rig. It had to work on this trip. This load is way heavier than this load....

Not my Tundra. Mine is a tow rig. Some of the guys on here could play on some rocks.

Thanks, it was pretty fun so far. Penrose Colorado tonight.

For someone like me new to tundras and wheeling that was very impressive. Your friends wife took great pictures. Some of the obstacles looked insanely challenging. Good stuff brother thanks for sharing it is definitely motivating. Keep the updates rolling in.

Independence trail system, Penrose Colorado evening turned into night run.

This was a blast. I ripped a SS brake line off, so I had no brakes, but who needs those right?

That was about it. One week of towing, camping and crawling.

    Damage report:

ColoradoTJ- soft top is about done and a brake line. Not bad. My power steering pump is getting weak too. May need a new one.

SilverTJ- top and steering box needs to be removed and full hydraulics installed.

Orange buggy- broke a rear 14B axle shaft.

Red Toyota buggy- rear sway bar snapped.

Overall, with these trails, no complaints on these little issues.
