Want to be there but can't change plans. Clean up on the raffle Zach! Hopefully the raffle tickets will be mixed up a lot better than last time.........all the winners last time were late arrivals that bought raffle tickets.

I plan on going. Hoping to have Toytec install my new Dakar leafs before then! Ordered months ago and Toytec just said they have arrived. Finishing up a 2 week road trip tomorrow and plan to get scheduled. Look forward to seeing folks in the 14th.

Went camping at Collegiate Peaks in Buena Vista. Great spots on the creek. First thing my son did was set up the hammock and go to sleep. A lot of rain but that's fine with me.

If I wasn't towing the trailer, there looked like a ton of great spots to explore and camp outside of town.

Hey guys anyone e got any recommendations for nice hotel for a rockies game? Preferably one that a) walking distance with parking that isn't outrageous or if it isn't walking distance , has a shuttle to the field??? If it has a cool pool that would be nice too as my son would like it

Will, the immediate area around Coors Field is known as LoDo. Used to be a dump back in the day. Now...surrounded by high end apts and condos. Lots of nice sports bars and restaurants. There are some nice high end hotels in Downtown Denver. All parking near Coors Field is outrageous on game day. If you don't mind a longer shuttle or light rail. .check out Gaylord Hotel near DIA. A ways from Downtown but a massive facility which is quite kuul...

Nice, also by all means if you guys have local knowledge that is outside of what I asked I am open to suggestions. I'll be driving my truck from slc, so I'll need hotel parking. I'd prefer not to drive to the field on game day so either walk or rail/shuttle etc. Will be me my wife and son

I live only 15/20 minutes from Coors Field. I park several blocks away on an afternoon game day. On a side street legally. Any truly safe parking near the field can be $20 which is what you would prefer for a night game. Downtown Denver sucks. I avoid going Downtown. We have several light rails that will get you to Coors Field. Somewhat safe parking lots near many light rail stations. It's best to get a nice hotel near the light rail outside of Denver and take it to the field. There are cheaper nice hotels than Gaylord a few miles closer on the light rail system. I'm cooking dinner now for my grandson. After, I'll post you some places to consider. You don't want to stay overnight in downtown Denver.......you don't

Ok so just got word the mrs could get a job change but it would be in the Denver area. What are some good cities/suburbs around there? We have a boy starting kindergarten next year so schools are important. Hear Boulder is nice but I can’t afford those home prices lol

Luckily I work from home and can be anywhere, and she'd be working from home 2 days a week and traveling the metro area the other 3. Budget from what I've seen with taxes there, probably 5-600k.

I would love to live in the mountains but that's probably not doable and my hunch is the nice places close enough to Denver are probably a) too expensive or b) all airbnbs

Ya, downtown- don’t go around past 10P unless you can handle yourself or with a large group
Downtown is overly crowded in parking and walking. I hate downtown Denver

Ok....check out Genesee Mt just west of Golden.5 to 600K might get you a nice smaller home. Small. But up and out of the nonsense. 30 minutes into Denver now. Winter, depending on snow. Strasburg is just east of me. Plains tho but quick to downtown. Everything house wise is nutz on the front range. Interest rates are still low. If you think you will be out here for a long time....find a place up in the west "hills" or Thornton? @T-Rex266 ?

    Patiently waiting...
Had a unfortunate incident yesterday afternoon with a calvary blue 2 gen tundra. The couple was driving aggressively and dangerously. I tried to pass them and unfortunatly fed their aggression, in hind site should have just backed off. If this reaches the aggressors I just want to offer an olive branch and let bygones.

The last thing I ever want is to be in front of driver like that. I let them go on their merry way where I can see them

Hey Zach. Yeah I went and saw Brian as well. They had a great event again with some raffles and food. Didn’t win anything but bought my Dakar leaf pack and got it installed. Broke my back so I had Toytec install.

Yeah I’m good. No surgery or brace. Just need to deal with the pain and discomfort while it heals. Lucky that it wasn’t worse.
