Nope. Whataburger is good but a lot of joints here are strictly focused on burgers. The burger joints already established here make a better burger. :stirthepot:. If you need breakfast I guess there's Waffle House. IN N OUT will be quite popular to say the least and will fit in quite nicely. There will be long lines of cars at first and long lines of cars after that. Like in Kali. Lots of hype already. Been waiting for IN N OUT since I got here in 2004. Finally...almost here.

If you ever make it to Anchorage...IMHO
    #3.... Burger Cache
    #2.... Wee B's
#1....the last existing Tastee Freez in AK. Been there since the 60's. Survived the 64 quake. The mother lode. I miss my Tastee Freez burger. A mile from my house there on Raspberry Rd.

what? you're not native? and all this time...

forget the chain places. those suck. lowry beer garden, park burger, hopdoddy, stanley beer hall. also, marzcyk's burger nights during the summer are epic. both locations, colfax and 17th.

so, not sure who has already renewed their epic pass but...

i just got an email explaining the credit they are offering for the 20/21 season. since i didn't ski at all last season, i received an 80% credit. pass price of $369 minus my $49 down is $320. credit amount is $295.20. total pass price for next season? about $75. thank you vail resorts.

We can't go to the beer & burger places on our lunch breaks. Too tempting and not enough time. Now.....after work......Lowry has great burgers, kid friendly, and reasonably priced. I'll have to try those others but don't usually hang out at beer & burger joints anymore since I've always got a 5 year old with me now. Crazy enough as it is.

I am on the Ikon, but last year I had some friends staying in Breck so I went there for a single day. Bought a buddy pass for $150. I got an email from them they would credit me $150 towards an Epic Pass next year. CRAZY.

depends on where you want to ski. 90% of the time, i'm at keystone and skiing mid week without the crowds. for me, it's easier to get to than winter park. last couple of years, i've just been getting the keystone only pass and it's worked out well.

Highland tap and burger has decent burgers too. My favorite is no mas which was jack and grill. It’s was $.99/lb beef half a pound of it and green chili. So damn good I miss that place.
Now it’s Tony’s ground Wagyu and DIY for the win!

Jack and Grill was great. Last time there I ordered chili cheese fries. A giant mound piled that dwarfed the plate. A family next to me ordered a burger for a kid. Maybe 3 years old. When the waitress set the kids plate down the kids head almost disappeared. Big hamburgers there. J&G was highlighted on Food Network and Man vs Food. Giant ass burrito. SEVEN POUNDS!!! Adam didn't finish it in time. Great place.

Try the Buckhorn Exchange. Bring wallet. Get reservations. Best bison burger in town. All the burgers are great there. Great Rocky Mountain oysters if you got balls to try them. Better than any beer & burger joint in town. Ted's Montana grill has a great bison burger and bison meatloaf.

Oysters... Yes. I need to try the oysters. I've heard and seen much about them. Typically deep fried yes?

There's a small mom & pop joint near me in Aurora. NGL. Giant burgers. No beer. Love the pastrami burger. Great breakfast burritos smothered with homemade Colorado green Chile!

Several of my coworkers and I go once a year to the Buckhorn. We can get a discount. One of the few times I'll have a nice shot or two of Colorado whiskey. If you live here and never have experienced the Buckhorn then you might as well say you missed out on a true Colorado experience. A landmark steakhouse here. Historic.

i ride keystone in the summer. discount with epic pass. sometimes i’ll ride winter park. i believe they offer a discount with the ikon pass.

keystone is more natural riding. lots of rocks and roots left in place. winter park is more buffed out. both have plenty of features.

keystone is usually far less crowded for riding.

You can’t go wrong either way! I just get a Loveland season pass. I was a vail employee for several years working for Colorado snowboards. Lots of options with multiple resorts.

The bottle jam at Idaho Springs sucks coming back. I like to spin off I-70 and go up "Oh my God" road over to Central City and head down Clear Creek to hit I-70 again but not as bad.....
