It only gets spent somewhere else. I finally figured that out.

I found that my corded power tools to install my parts weren’t working when I needed them to....ohhhh- I didn’t have money to pay that bill. I didn’t think buying snap on was the way I wanted to go

Absolutely!!!!!!! After talking with Toytec and seeing how they do their alignments, they know what they are doing. Don’t just put it in spec and let you drive away. It’s done correctly to what a lifted truck should be.

Since the beginning of 2015, I've been working in the Off-Road & Adventure space mostly in sales and marketing (both in-person and online). Customer service was also a big part of this.

    Jan 5, 2015 - Jan 5, 2018 (Worked in-house at Baja Designs | San Marcos, CA)
When I was hired, my main task was running the online forum presence on 15+ sites. This quickly evolved into taking phone calls for quotes, processing orders, answering technical support questions, getting to know our customer base, etc. Another duty was helping with prep for trade shows and attending quite a few events where I could interact with many customers that I've met here and on other sites.

Jan 5, 2018 - Jan 1, 2020 (Independent contractor for a company that offered a forum related service | Colorado)
This job allowed me to work remotely and primarily focused on online enthusiast forums. I was still able to represent BD on the 15+ sites and ran the accounts for 6 other companies throughout the 2 years (can't name them publicly). This was similar to my gig at BD. I provided product info, marketing materials, sales support, and answered any customer service questions I could. It was great working closely with these companies and getting to know their teams and products in detail. I studied everything as closely as I could so that I could be an extension of the companies I provided the service for.

    December 20, 2019 - April 6, 2020 (Sales & Marketing at California Wraps | Vista, CA)
Things started to slow down at the end of 2019 for my other job so I decided to take a full-time position at a company that specializes in vehicle wraps, window tinting, clearbra, wall murals, signs, and more. This job definitely had a wide variety of duties. I was the main guy behind the front desk greeting customers, taking phone calls, pursuing leads, scheduling appointments, checking customers in, and cashing them out when the service was done. Quickbooks was a huge part of this making sure there weren't any outstanding invoices and keeping track of the monthly numbers.

The website and social media needed a big revamp which I was able to get going very quickly. A mobile site was up shortly with a much more user friendly interface and updated products for 2020. I launched the Tesla Center page and set up e-commerce so we could sell Tesla Specific Blackout Packages. A huge benefit was that customers could order and schedule their appointment without calling or emailing. COVID was the reason for this ending.

I don't have a lot of other experience before this (Vons & Jiffy Lube when I was in HS and CC). I'd be interested in working in the same industry but it's not a requirement. I'm really open to learning other skills and pursuing different careers. Now that I have some free time, I signed up for some cyber security classes which I'll be starting very soon. Can't guarantee it will go anywhere but I'm willing to give it a shot

we're on the east end of downtown, looked like they were following colfax east bound. 500' or less and moving.

"Approx. pattern: AF Academy graduation, depart the academy and head north to in-flight refuel, then arrive over their first target, Greeley, at 12:50, then over Loveland at 12:52, then on down the Front Range at an estimated speed of 450 Knts. First refuel is on the way to Greeley at an altitude of 7,300 MSL, at 1:05 over Boulder, then east and turn over I-76 to Golden, turn east over Lakewood and east over CU Med Center, then SW across central Denver and south along I-25 at 1:35. They are actually overflying hospitals to salute the health care workers."

No Thunderbirds here this time, but we had a C-17 circle real low over the Basalt burn scar twice yesterday. I think my profile picture is still the Thunderbirds in formation over Aspen. That was a cool flyover, three or four times that day a few years ago. I love fly overs by cool planes, happens quite a bit here.

all these years up here and i've never had an ohv permit. the state site is a bit confusing. some of it says the permits are for atvs, motorcycles, side by sides. then another part says that any plated vehicle needs one as well. who has one?

“Any off-highway vehicles (OHVs) operated on public land or trails in Colorado must be registered.”

Your truck, by definition is not a OHV. It’s registered for city streets.

i dunno. maybe i won't worry about it.

we managed to get her home. thanks for asking. we spoke to the embassy bureau chief in moscow and his advice was to get her home as fast as possible. quite an adventure to make it happen with a whole lot of favors that need to be repaid at some point. she had a direct moscow to jfk then i met her at customs at jfk and flew her the rest of the way home.
