    Weird.. but all these years I've seen bears in my neck of the woods, they all simply run away. Now my time in AK is a different experience...Salmon fishing on the Russian River...you pack a BIG hand gun. Brown bears walk the same trail to the river. Sow and cubs......take your pole out of the water and step aside. Step aside a long ways...
