got a question for you cold weather guys. Going on another snowboarding road trip tomorrow to Utah. Coming from the southern border you can’t find below freezing windshield wiper wash here. Two weeks ago my washer nozzles froze. I should have picked some up while I was there. Oops.
Wondering if adding rubbing alcohol to the summer blend stuff I gave will lower freeze point.
    Any thoughts?

Yes that should lower the freezing temp on the fluid. Idk how much you wanna add but I dont think it could do much damage when diluted with washer fluid. I think you're good. Just remember to grab a couple gallons on your trip for future use

Thought of Amazon but leaving in an an hour. Cheap vodka will be in the truck but not the washer tank. Only thing I could think of that I have on hand was the isopropyl alcohol.
Walmart in Yuma, AZ doesn’t have any of the below freezing stuff. We get about a month and a half of winter, which is 70 degree days, 40 at night. Then back to just hot.
    Thanks for the responses

I picked some 0* washer fluid from a local dollar general store in South Texas about 2 days ago.

I could probably find some here if I looked harder, but leaving in a few. Only gone for a couple days then back to sunny Yuma.

Isopropyl alcohol will work, get the highest percentage you can.

Most, if not all, gas stations in Utah should have at least 0* wiper fluid.

I used to work with a hardcore alky who rerouted the washer line to just under his dashboard. With the push of a button he'd dispense vodka right into his big gulp. Genius!
