So you think by doing that the shackle will push backwards instead of being straight up and down and bring the leaf back down?

Did you swap out the OEM bushings and switch to poly? I you didn't and tightened the shackles while up in the air then the OEM center bushing pin, for lack of better word, which is serrated on the ends, will bite into the shackles which contributes to bed bounce. Always torque the shackle nuts once the truck is lowered and on level ground.

You're gonna want different shocks or move the mount regardless if/how you can get the current shocks to mount up, otherwise your ride will be ass since you'll have no down travel (and the shocks will probably get ripped in half in short order too). Looks like you'll also want to move your exhaust around or it'll go pogo sticked by your leafs. And while you're under there, make sure none of the brake lines or anything running down to the axle have any tension in them at full droop or they'll get ripped apart too. Looks like there's a couple issues that need some massaging to make the suspension happy with that much lift, the shocks is just the beginning.
