I see members getting all three sizes available. Could the members please post examples of what they are adding these too.
    - Bilstein set to 1.9"
    - Bilstein set to 2.5"
    - Falcon at different levels
    - What do you have where +3 would be needed?

    Thanks

I am getting the +3’s. I only got about 1" with my current toytec’s (top settings). I also have a camper shell on my truck which puts a constant load on my rear. So I only have about 1/2" of rake with the factory leaf springs (I also have kings all around); and that is before I put anything else in the back. Ie tools/materials, hunting/camping gear etc. So I am adding the +3’s to get a little more rake.

Planning on going with 6112's in front on top setting (2.5ish) plus the CB 1/2" shim on each side to try and reach 3in. Should I go with a 1" or 2" CB rear shackle to match the front?

If you get the 3" up front; that means you will be low in the rear by an inch. As the trucks are 2" high in the rear stock.

So you are suggesting the 1" CB shackle then?

I’m not really suggesting any. Just letting you know what the rough outcome will be before you add shackles. As I don’t know what your wanting for the outcome or what you do with your truck.

He doesn’t have 1" or 2" shackles. His +1 shackles are only 0.625 of lift. +2 are 1.25". +3 are 1.75" of lift.

if you can give more information. We can probably help you get squared away.

In case helpful to anyone following, here are pics of my 2021 MGM DC with recently installed CB trd pro kit and 295/70 (34") Toyo Open Country AT3. Exactly as advertised, got 2" on front and 2.75" in rear (including 1" gain from increased tire diameter). Absolutely love the height and stance. At 5'8" myself, must admit that can't wait for my running boards to come in!

David collaborated with my top notch installer (David Off Road for any of you in Richmond, VA area) and I couldn't be happier with outcome. Ride is sweet, as is look, IMHO.

Added CB TRD Pro kit and 295-70 (34) Toyo OC AT3s.jpg

Looks good man! Love Davis Off-Road! What part of VA are you in specifically? I grew up in Chesterfield/Matoaca area. Now in Virginia Beach.

Looks perfect! The exact look I'm going for, just not a Pro. What spacers are you using?

I'm in Midlothian, VA but surf fish coast of DE to MA.

On the spacers question, Bora 1.25" which is specifically what David at CB recommends in tandem with his kit.

Here is pic of CB shackles vs. the factory units removed. Sorry don't have side by side but definitely man vs. boy scenario.

Yes, with the OE wheels being a +60 mm offset you will need to use our BORA 1.25" wheel spacer kit.

With the 6112's on the top setting I would ddef recommend using 2 shims driver and 1 shim passenger to get you to 3.00" as well as driver side lean correction. We also need to take into consideration your 38 gal fuel tank and would recommend using our +3"s in order to have just a touch of rear rake. This way your truck will visually look level but will measure about 1.00" taller in the rear. Hope this helps. If you'd like ot go over in better detail fee free to call in . 801.635.4872

We have listed a few helpful methods for sizing on the website. Let me know if you need any of info. thanks!

How Do I know what Size To Order?

We have a few great tips we use in order to size shackles correctly...

    1. Park on a flat level surface, Using your tape measure pull a measurement from the Center of the Front and Rear wheel openings down to the ground or top of tires. "Write these measurement's down"

    2. Using your floor jack raise the rear of the truck by jacking up on the trucks tow hitch until you're happy with the stance or at least .750" - 1.00" higher in the rear than the front.

    3. Take a second measurement and compare the difference in the two. The difference in the two measurements will tell you exactly how much lift you need to add.
