You shouldn't need a relay for these lights, not enough amperage to worry about it. I purchased the extensions for later use (to add a second pod to the same brackets).

I don't think these come with a relay or switch or anything, so you will need to get that part figured out.

First off…We thank you for your business and can’t wait for you get your new products installed. Also big thanks to @ramonortiz55 for organizing it all.

Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority (it actually is second to making kick ass products). With that being said, we will do everything we can to make sure the group buy process goes as smoothly as possible with the least amount of hiccups. Please know if something does come up, we will fix it immediately.

Before shipping starts, I wanted to throw out a few things….

    1. Email info@ragofabrication.com and phone/text 559-269-1828 are our preferred methods of contact and will get the fastest response.

    2. If you have any questions or issues whatsoever with your order, please email us at info@ragofabrication.com or call us at 559-269-1828 so we can help.

    3. Your tracking should be automatically emailed to you when your item ships but some customers have reported they do not get it. Best way to track the shipping process is on your account. Your complete tracking number will be posted there.

    4. All of the brackets we make are supposed to fit exactly as advertised. Do not alter your vehicle or the bracket to make them fit. If you are having any issues with your install, please give us a call immediately at 559-269-1828 so we can see if it’s an install issue or a replacement needs to be sent.

    5. If you have any issues with the install at any point whatsoever including wiring, please give us a call at 559-269-1828 and we will get you thru it. Instead of posting on the forum or asking a friend about what to do, your best bet is to go to the source for the answers. It is not rare for us to FaceTime or Skype with our customers in order to get their products installed and wired up. Please do NOT email, text, DM, or PM us for help. We only offer support over the phone to ensure we can help you appropriately.

    6. We test every single light we sell before we send it. If for some reason you receive a light and it does not work or if it stops working within 14 days of receipt, we will require you to email us a video of the light directly connected (NO HARNESS) to the battery illustrating the issue. Once we receive the video, we will send you a return label to return the product. Once we receive the product, we will immediately send you a replacement.

    7. All of our lights come with a 2 year replacement warranty against defects and is completely outlined on our website. Switches, relays, and harnesses are not warrantable items. In the event you receive a defective item, we will replace it as long as the defect occurs within 14 days of receipt. As mentioned above, customer satisfaction is our priority so we will work with you on replacement of any manufacturer defects but cannot honor a warranty for misuse, abuse, install error, or weathering.

I think I covered it all but if not, please feel free to email me at info@ragofabrication.com. Look forward to seeing all your install pics. Make sure you email them to us so we can feature you and tag @ragofabrication and hashtag #ragofabrication on social media. Oh and….if you happen to video your install, we will send you a lil “something something” if you email it over. Right now our fastest ditch bracket install is 21 seconds - Can you beat that?

I'm really excited to get these - this is by no means a complaint, but watching my package(s) bounce around Texas for the past couple of days has really increased the level of anticipation. Damn you, Texas, why do you have to be so frickin' huge?
    upload_2017-6-9_9-5-21.jpg

At least when they arrive and are installed I'll be able to tell people that my truck, or at least parts of it, has visited nearly every major city in Texas. =D

Looks like SS went out of stock.

Rago had anticipated SS to be out of stock, so they ordered more.

It appears that there was a shortage of material at the POD factory and there was a shipping delay.

The additional SS pods to finalize fulfillment on this group buy will be shipped to Rago next week.

For all that ordered SS, Rago has two solutions:

    1. Switch to 5Ds.

    2. Wait for SS + Get a coupon code for future Rago product purchases to make up for the inconvenience.

What is your order number? They will ship tomorrow BUT they ship ground. No guarantees on dates of arrival.

As mentioned on the ordering instructions shipping would start this week.

It will be around $60-80 for 2 day to Cali. I couldn't give you an exact quote until tomorrow when I pull your order.

As far as install, we have videos on our website for the brackets including the complete wiring instructions on video. I think the install is subjective to the installer. I personally find it easy but I have seen a ton of installs. You will also want to make sure you have the correct tools on hand.

    @joonbug

Install of the brackets should take you no more than 15-20min. Wiring on the other hand takes a little more time to make it look clean under the hood.

Mine already shipped, I'm not actually complaining - just commenting that I wish they were here already. Mine have been bouncing around Texas for about a week, just arrived in Commerce, CO.
