@memario1214 , I'm on the fence of which shackle size to get. I originally opted in for +2 shackle but currently debating between that or +1. When we get the discount code does it matter if I already opted in for a certain size?

Since I know nothing of wheel offset, am I correct in assuming the following?
    From Coachbuilder's website:
Please Note: When using OE Spindles and installing joint on under side of steering knuckle. you MUST be running at least a 17" wheel with +25mm or less offset. 18″ wheel with a +35 mm offset or less, 20″ or larger wheels work with any offset.
    Current wheels: 17 x 9.0 w/ -14mm offset

-14mm < +25mm offset so these OE Replacement Steering Kit will work

So when you mean bed bounce are you saying that when you're loaded you're too soft in the rear, or too stiff? Shackles can be a great option, but if you have a ton of weight in the bed there might be other things we need to do to make sure you can handle the weight.
You might have some other ball joint issues IMO. Are you on just extended travel Kings up front, maybe aftermarket UCAs, and OEM everything else? You might have a failed/failing joint if you're getting popping.
You're looking for 5" rear lift, or 5" lift front, and leveling the rear?
You can waffle about. David with Ekstrom will be monitoring this page to try and rough out production, but you're not locked into your selection.
You should be just fine. I'll get confirmation from David, but if you look at it from this perspective you should be just A-OK.

Has anyone used the steering kit on a 2.5 Gen with Icon 3.0’s, the secondary S2 kit in front and gussets welded on the spindles? Just wondering if there is room

    I discussed it briefly here:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/liv...nd-steering-kit-gb.103727/page-2#post-2668140

Short answer is that we currently are not looking at the ability to do red. We would need a HUGE turnout to even consider it.
I haven't, but I would call up David directly. He might have seen a thing or two.

    In for +2 Shackles.

Edit: undecided between +1 and +2.
Going to install TRD Pro Fox shocks with .25 CB Front shims giving me +3” total.
eventually go with RXT pack in the rear with a shackle.

Better to run with +2 for this set up?

If you're going to go with an RXT pack I would probably go with +1 shackle. That's personally what we will be doing long-term on our shop Tundra. RXT Leaf pack at Option 1 and +1 Shackles to have the rear slightly higher than the front when unloaded.

If I order the OEM steering kit and I am running 17" Rock Warrior wheels what size wheel spacer do I need?

I know I won't get a discount, but can I order them with the steering kit?

With the 3.0's the coil sits very low and will still be able to clear the steering as long as the caster assent sitting too high, Are you using a UCA?

Thanks for posting, BDS Made a design change in mid 2010 and went from using the stock OE Outer ties rods (kits built in 07-mid 2010) to using a shorter version (2010 later - 2021 ) so if your kit was recently installed you'll want to use the kit labeled BDS 4.5"-7" Hope this makes sense, if you have any other questions please feel free to reach out. I will say you'll be amazed after installing. Tighter turning radius, no more fluctuation in the toe and ties will not drag while making tight turns. You'll love it!
