I just use my normal carwash soap and a brush or two like War Machine posted.

Personally, i recently had them off to rotate and went ahead and cleaned well and did a slight coat of wax (Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid wax). I've used the Mother's Wheel and Mag paste before and it seemed to do ok as well. Didn't stick with that one too long personally. But looking for something soon again.

im probly gonna get flamed for this, but it works well for me. i use a little petroleum or synthetic based tire shine/fender dressing on a microfiber towel. my favorite is black magic. does it cling to dirt, yes, does it look like the wheels are fresh of the lot when they are clean, hell yes. i personally like the way it makes the wheels look more of a satin black rather than matte.

I use a mild car wash soap to clean. then apply this about every 3 months. Protects, shines, snd smells good.

That stuff is great. 6 bucks at my local Walmart, I use it on everything. I use it every time i dry all my cars. I dry my boat with it every day of the trip. (pull it out every night.) It's cheap, works well and goes a long way.
