I've smoked the Barber pole and the Latitude.
The Rocky Patel I've never seen and the Maduro looks good.

There are still some fine Cubans but you'll pay a fine price for them also.
My brother, a great guy but somewhat of a cigar snob pretty much smokes Cubans only.
His sweet spot is Medium to Medium Full, which is where most Cubans are made to.
They are easy to smoke at anytime of the day.
There are ways to get them through "other countries" for a fair price that are safe to deal with, just have to look a little and talk to some of the guys on Cuban cigar sites.
I'm always throwing cigars at my brother to show him other countries have jewels also.
As I write this, I am brewing a pot of coffee and have a "Tabak Especial" in Corona size waiting to be lit.
One of man's gifts from God is a morning cup with a cigar for sure. (just add shot of Baileys in the coffee if you want to set up a good karma day)

There's some good smoking ready to rock there and some serious coin.

I'm going to tell you guys what I found that the pro smokers who test cigars and write about them use to take care of their stogies.
    Coolers... Yes coolers.
    Yetis, Colemans, Igloo, those kind.
I have two large units inside my walk in closet where the temp is held inside the coolers at 68 degrees like clock work.
They add nothing to the tobacco since they are plastic and because they are designed thermally, they hold your humidity rock solid for months.
No need to freak out during hot dry spells or those Florida humid rain showers.
They might not look classy or sexy but they do the job of taking care of cigars superbly and cheaply.
All my boxed stock are in my "Coolidors" and I have a good chunk of money invested in there.
Both are on wheels which makes it easy to pull out to inspect or select those hand rolled beauties.
Sounds weird but the result is nothing that can be matched by anything else at any price that requires virtually no maintenance.

Ha, no coin out of my pocket. Mom brought those on a trip to Cuba she took.

Doesn't matter, if she goes back have her adopt me.
PS. I have cases of cigars unopened dating back to 2006.

You must have a great way to maintain them. Here in CO where it's so dry it's a constant job tending to them so tend not to keep a lot on hand at the same time.

I use a pelican case. Same principle as the cooler. I have a bluetooth govee in there so I can keep an eye on things without opening up the box. A few bovida packs and it will stay constant all year long.

Bovida packs didn't work for me. Maybe they were old. I just use a sponge humid with distilled water in a humidor and manage it that way.

For $20 a month it’s pretty hard to beat. Occasionally you get some real good sticks. A few mo the back I got a Davidof that was worth at least $20 by itself.

I also use a blue tooth humi / temp to keep track of them babies when I'm around and about; just pop the phone open and take a peek.
Bovida IMO is overated. What I do is purchase a bag of water beads on Amazon.
I then remove the green foam crap out of the 2 x 4 inch screened water holders; the ones held together with four screws.
Then I place a teaspoon of the beads into the holder with screen and soak in distilled water for about as long as it takes for the beads to start bowing the metal top.
Then, drain any excess and place into the coolidors.
68 to 70 % it initially hits then depending on how dry your cigar cases are inside the Coolidor, it will drop to 66 sometimes.
I reload the water beads in their container every two months.

Going full baller this afternoon with an aged (probably 2011-2013) Opus X petit lancero.

Let us know if you get some Delam while smoking it.
They normally are a little ruddy looking but, that one looks a tad dry.
    Still, an excellent smoke..

Nope smoked perfectly and didn't fall apart. Been in my walk-in humidor for almost a decade at 67-69% RH and didn't seem dry to the touch.

I’ve been using the tupperdor method to store my cigars and it’s been fantastic. Doesn’t hold temp as good as the coolidor but it’s good enough for me for a 20 dollar investment. Boveda packs have been solid for about 8 months now.
