AT 295/70/R18. 6112 Bilsteins highest setting up front with 2 shims driver side, one shim passenger side. Biggest Coachbuilder shackles in back with 5100s.

I still had to cut out a good portion of front guards behind the bumper to make it work....not horrible, still have enough to protect the sensors and fog lights.

Tires are as quiet as you can get on the highway for all that meat on them. I was in some real slop on ancient logging roads in the northern Quebec woods a couple weeks ago....towing a 3000 lb boat and trailer, a ton of gear and they didn't miss a beat.

It’s not that hard. Adhesion promoter, base coat, then clear coat. Dry/wet sanding before, in between, and possibly after. Plenty on the forum have done it (I’m going to), and lots of how-to videos on the interweb. As Rob Schneider says “you can do eeeeet!!!!”

Thanks. When I got rid of my 2011 Ecoshit and decided on reliability over electronic bells, whistles and experimental engines, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Thank you Tundras.com!

Got it done!! Install wasn’t hard, but you might have to fiddle with the wheel well liner a little - especially putting it back in.

I’m pretty darn happy with how these look. As far as I could tell mine were flawless paint-wise.

I appreciate you and your teams hard work @EC1!! I know the volume was a little overwhelming but you guys handled it about as well as you could have.

Please someone make an install video for the front at least. I suck at this kind of thing but can follow a video. I’ve did the grille swap door handles and mirror caps but looking at the instructions for this has me a little intimidated. On a positive note I opened my MGM with sensor set this morning and the paint match is perfect!

@EC1 is the original instructions done in color that you could email to me? Having a hard time seeing screw locations in the black and white printout and wondering if that would help. Just wondering and if so could you email those to me? Sbbrown333@gmail.com I think that would clear up some of the issue as I’m not seeing some of the bolts/screws that need to be removed.

Yes, the original is in color. I'll get that PDF emailed over right now. Anybody else have this same thought about the instructions? Just wondering if we should make the change.

I thought it was kind of hard to read, but maybe just having the color pdf on the website would be sufficient?

Put the TPO rears on my "19 MGM:

Overlap at the center piece is wider on one side, probably due to Toy tolerances, but is negligible because there is still plenty of material tucked behind there. Looks good enough to me.

I would say the directions are kind of tough to see. I mostly just winged it.

Directions told me what to do, and I figured out how to do it.

You’ll need to remove both wheel well liner screws that are on the front outer edge of the wheel well. Also take out the retaining pin that connects the interior end of the small front liner piece to the main liner. (That one is also in the front, all the way to the inside toward the top of the liner).

Next you’ll need to lift the clips that hold that small front liner piece in while you shimmy it out so the clips don’t brake.

As for the bolts under the bumper cap - remove both black screws and both silver bolts (these will be very tight).

So you’ll have a total of 4 black screws, 2 bigger bolts, one push clip, and the parking sensor (if you have those) all in a pile when you’re ready to install.

Parking sensor was the most annoying part... I can explain how I did that in more detail if needed!

That's very helpful. I do have the parking sensor if you wouldn't mind explaining that as well. Thanks.
