I'm guessing a service vehicle or boat trailer, hit my passenger rear corner. It went in hard enough to dent the chrome and leave a sizeable impression and cut in the Bumpershellz cover.

We were staying at a site that had no parking on site, so you parked up above, walked down and some yahoo hit it and didn't leave a note or come down and tell me, even though the stalls were marked with campsite numbers.

Here is a dirty pic, but anyone know of a decent way to fix/repair it. It is dented (I'll press out) but it is cut/ripped as well ?

Thank you so much for the glowing review! I do apologize about the customs fees and duties. For those wondering, our shipping policies state that customers are responsible for handling all of those and if they have questions, reaching out to the proper import authorities is the next best move.

Which color is that? I'll send this to my boss to see if there's any fix. Otherwise, we can sell you just the one side at a discounted price.

    Thanks.

It's TPO under all that dirt.

Ohhhh, yeah.... the TPO is a pretty malleable plastic, great against minor scratches and dirt and such. Not so great against pressure . I'd be surprised if you were able to fix it up.

How do the chrome stoppers shells hold up in the Florida heat? Does the 3M get loose?

You shouldn't experience any issues as long as you follow the installation instructions.

    Any advise?

Buying one doesn't seem like a good financial decision, once it get shipped and duty/taxes.

I guess worst case scenario, I'll fill in the chrome end cap and slap a sticker over the dented Bumpershell

This being asked, we actually have a Canadian partner, which, if I remember correctly, should help you avoid taxes and duties if you want to go with TPO or Matte Black

The only damage is a visible dent/slight cut mark where something hit it.

I'm fine trying a DIY fix (heat, press, smooth out, epoxy from behind, etc), but if someone has repaired them before with a known method, I'd try that first.

I assume these are BumperSehllz since it's in those thread... there's nothing that care really be done to fix it, unfortunately. All of our parts are formed with heat and vacuums and sometimes we have to scrap product because of an imperfection that can't be buffed out (like this).

Superbee.ca is going to be your best bet to avoid taxes and duties because of import. I could sell you just the one side... but you'd be in the same duties and taxes boat.

Yes, BumperShellz. You replied a month ago to my original post, were going to check with your boss and never got back to me. See above.

Don't worry about it. I'll try a fix myself and deal with it. I won't buy another set for just one. At that point, I'll buy a new aftermarket steel bumper.

Yeah, I asked him about it and showed him the photo again today, I did show him last month, but I forgot to get back to you on it . He said there's really nothing that can fix it, unfortunately.

And I've succumbed to the pressure of 141 pages... Cement shells with sensor hole order placed today after reading up on the V2's, watching the install video's, etc etc.

Can anyone who's installed with the sensors share how much of the white retainer clip they trimmed? I'm shooting for no dimple or sensor pulling in if possible.

Then, all that will be left is the $@%&*#@ handles and I'll be rid of all chrome from the exterior!

Exactly how much of a “lip” or edge is showing on the surround/ bulge when you get done? Does it stick up quite a bit or does it blend in pretty good?

Looking to get rid of my chrome surround and bulge for the finale of getting rid of chrome on my cement tundra
