Replaced all 02 sensors and maf sensor, rough idle on and off, now being told that ECM or something to do with ECM is making check engine light come on,when code is cleared stays off for a while then comes back on,also looking to replace complete exhaust system with upgrade, any recommendations.

I don't know much and may not be a ton of help but, it would be helpful to know what code is showing up.

Sounds like it could be a vacuum line or PCV valve

Be careful pulling the PCV Valve as that rubber grommet may be brittle if its old. Mine was very brittle and was changed out when I did the Valve Cover Gaskets. Mine was also clogged badly. I think this is an overlooked area on most vehicles and may be a problem that leads to overheated engines on our models.

Also, look to see if any rubber lines have detached under the hood. Its happen to me. One other thing, last year my engine was throwing a code and about some fuel canister in the gas tank. I replaced the gas cap and fixed it! Hahaha.

Thanks for the heads up on the pcv valve, took a quick look at the hoses for anything off or cracked didn't see anything but will check again with some starting fluid.
