Unfortunately not. Early on my anodizer was willing to do custom colors but these days they’re so busy that they can’t set up custom colors if it’s not a large production run.

Just an idea. Could you offer mill finish, and the customer can get them custom finished on their own?

 

Finally got these installed, and in time to use them for the Vegas to Reno race this weekend!

 

I'd hesitate to offer them without any coating at all, I would hate to have corroding parts out there. However, I have had a few customers powdercoat them to their liking. Any good powdercoat shop will sandblast the anodize off before coating anyways.

Pairs would work. It dawned on me after I posted, that a single tie down would be awkward ....

I also think @TucsonTundra1794 might be on to something, surely folks would need/want at least 4 if not more right? So maybe a discount after a certain amount??? You would know if that was possible more than me. I'm just here to spend money

 

Yeah, you just loosen the Allen head bolts with an M6 hex key to slide them. It’s the same hardware as my regular Tie-Down Anchors.

 

Good thought, I’ll work on the numbers if you’re going to need four pairs.

Well shit... guess I won't be able hold out for much longer. Having matching bed rails and tie downs, count me in

 

I’ll be finalizing the Rail Tie-Downs over the next couple if weeks. Still need to load test them, figure out pricing, take photos, add them to my website and get an initial order placed with the machine shop.

 

If you need some in use photos I can send some when I get mine.

 

Photos are always appreciated! I have added quite a few to my site. I think it’s really helpful to show how these are used out in the real world by Tundra and Tacoma owners.

 

One thing I can tell already is that the rail tie downs will help with anyone who doesn't want to lower the rails when installing bed covers. The factory has that big circle nut which hits the cover thus needing to be lowered but with yours it looks like it's all flat.

 

Very excited for the the new bed rail tie downs! May just have to wait now to pull the trigger on the tie down anchors.

Happy to share photos/feedback of real world testing as I constantly am hauling dirtbikes, camping gear, etc.

I’ve been including Charvonia Design decals with every order. Has anyone put them on their truck or toolbox? Trying to determine if it’s worth the added expense when I haven’t seen any mention of them. Let me know if you guys still want stickers, or if I should change the size, color or something else.

 

I’m a fan - I’ve got a cabinet door in my shop that I put all my truck and tool related slaps on. And another above my safe where all the ones that come from various guns/parts get put.
I remember back in the day sending SASE envelope off to different snowboard companies and getting a pile of stickers back and putting them on all kinds of stuff. Guess it never gets old…

I dig it, thanks for the pic! I’m going to be getting silver, red and blue decals to match whatever color tie down people order too. My thinking is a black decal won’t show up if someone puts it on their truck window.
