Ceramic is really good. I’ve got that wrapped up all around on my tundra. Little more expensive, but sure does hold out lots of heat. If you can budge for the extra $$$ got for it!

If you have ceramic tint on the windshield and use polarized sunglasses, do you get a rainbow glare from the tint? Ha I know thats vague but somebody knows what im talkin about:fingerscrossed:

I have my windshield tinted with ceramic tint. The dashboard temp dropped from 175 to 130 in direct North Carolina summer sun.

At the same time, the tint is invisible. There's no indication of a darker windshield, nor loss of visibility. All the work is in the infrared spectrum.

    New tint technology is amazing.

I’m picking up what your throwing down. I used to drive 3k+ a month for work, and I’ve seen exactly what your talking about. If you buy a good quality tint, 3m or the likes, it won’t be an issue. It’s the cheaper, Wally World diy stuff that you get the weird rainbow/circles of rainbow.
I specifically asked about that when I got mine done and was told it comes down to the quality and manufacture of the tint.
    Now go get tinted!
