    Why thinner material? Why wouldn't be the same thickness as the factory SR5. Not overlays correct, remove old one and replace. Right.

    Mine would just be an overlay to cover up the SR5 logo. I guess it works like a sticker.

    It is printed directly to aluminum with doublesided tape on the back.

    I guess it can also be used for other things also.

    @poheller That would be silly easy. Rectangle with a cutout spelling TUNDRA or TRD or whatever on .25 thick metal. I'll make some tomorrow that will essentially drop in the area gravity will hold it on place.

    Airbox with K&N Filter, 2" lift on 33's, Alpine iLX-F309 head unit, Pull out bed tool boxes, brown with black trim, rims, etc, black leather interior, matching topper. Muffler delete (too loud..) 62k miles!!!
    That would look sick in Weather Techs as well but I think they are .5x4 if memory serves. I was looking to do a sticker or aluminum piece in there to replace the weather tech logo.
