    Color matched the "TOYOTA" emblem on my pro grille with vinyl. I think it looks pretty good!

    hey, @Caveman, did you ever sell this canopy? I'm starting to look at a RTT camping setup, and I'll need a shell like this or a bed rack. Just window shopping right now, but when the time comes I'd much rather help a member out than a complete stranger.

    Edit: Scratch that. Looked at prices on caps... 99% sure it's beyond my price range.:eek2::eek:

    I respect the work it takes, and I know that elnopal has a full color matching trim build….
    im not denigrating that. But, for my own truck, and it’s an ignorant term and I don’t like the racist connotations but for a lack of better words, I think color matching the interior to the exterior just feels a bit “ricer”. That being said I’ve never personally sat in a vehicle that was modded like that, I just get the vibe from seeing it in vids etc


    Edit: I think that my personality just doesn’t suit it, it seems like it would be a bit much for me

    I actually did try and fill those in with a paint pen!! That went horribly haha. Had to remove it with alcohol.

    the rings around the climate knobs and bar that connects them are the cavalry blue too

    He was full out colour match, even the TRD on his center caps.

    Finally decided to remove the pillar tape. 82 degrees today had me thinking I wanted to remove the “5.7 iforce badge” or the pillar tape. I chose the tape.

    took less than an hour to do all 4. Probably 45 minutes in total with cleaning any residue and polishing with some compound.

    Didn’t need any extra heat other than Mother Nature sun baking. Used a no-Mar tool to get an edge started. Peeled off easily leaving a little residue in a handful of spots.

    Wasn’t 100% sure I’d like the look but did it anyway. Now that it’s done I wish I did it much sooner. Really love the look. It’s always good showing more Cavalry Blue.
